Payment: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the card brand and last four digits) but do not store your full card number.

Usage: basic analytics about how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed), if analytics are enabled.

How We Use It

To create, fulfill, and ship your orders; to communicate with you about orders and support; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to operate and improve the service.

How We Share It

Print & shipping partner: we share your name, shipping address, and print file with our print lab (Prodigi) to produce and deliver physical orders.

Payment provider: Stripe, to process payments.

Service providers: hosting and analytics providers that help us run the site (e.g. Google Cloud; Google for sign-in/analytics).

Legal & safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies/local storage needed to run the site and keep you signed in. If analytics are enabled, they help us understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies via your browser.

Data Retention

We keep order and account information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@rememberwhere.art. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Security & Children

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method is perfectly secure. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
