Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every print is custom-made to order, so our policy balances flexibility to change your mind with the reality of made-to-order production.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

You can cancel a physical order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it — before it is sent to production. To cancel, email support@rememberwhere.art with your order number as soon as possible.

After 24 Hours

Once the 24-hour window passes, your order is submitted to our print lab and enters production. At that point it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, because each piece is printed specifically for you. The one exception is a defect or damage — see below.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email support@rememberwhere.art within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the file has been made available to you.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, contact support@rememberwhere.art and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider. It may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
