Remember Where

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Remember Where (rememberwhere.art) and any purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Remember Where is operated by Pop Media, LLC ("Remember Where", "we", "us").

1. The Service

Remember Where creates made-to-order topographic art prints of real places, and offers digital downloads of that art. Physical prints are produced and shipped by a third-party print lab on our behalf.

2. Accounts & Sign-In

You sign in with your email address; no password is required. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity placed through your account. Provide accurate information, including a correct shipping address for physical orders.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price for that order. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs), in which case we will refund any amount charged.

4. Made-to-Order Products & Cancellation

Physical prints are custom-produced for each order. You may cancel a physical order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, before it is sent to production. After 24 hours the order is submitted for printing and can no longer be cancelled or refunded, except for defects or damage. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Because they are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once the file has been made available to you.

6. Intellectual Property & Your License

The site, our rendering engine, designs, and the Remember Where name and marks are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying map and elevation data are sourced from public providers (e.g. the U.S. Geological Survey and OpenStreetMap contributors) and remain subject to their respective licenses and attribution.

When you purchase art, you receive a license to display it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no scraping or automated abuse, and no unlawful use. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Disclaimers

The service and products are provided “as is.” Colors, paper, and framing may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor differences and the nature of printing. Map data may contain inaccuracies inherent to its public sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes take effect when posted. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Questions? Contact support@rememberwhere.art.
